Directed materials management for the final assembly of professional and home entertainment stereo speakers for a $120 million manufacturer.

  • Worked with customer organizations to improve the master scheduling process and forecast accuracy.
  • Coordinated supplier transition to a Just-in-Time environment, improving production flow and reducing inventory. Implemented KANBAN Systems utilizing EDI.

Materials Manager/Program Manager
