Coming from the East on the 134: Exit the 134 on Hollywood Way. After exiting the freeway, turn left on Alameda and then left on Hollywood Way which will take you back over the 134. Proceed to Riverside and turn left to West Olive and park. The 3500 Building is on the Southeast corner of Riverside and Olive. Proceed to the third floor and check in with the receptionist. As a landmark, McCormick & Schmick's restaurant is on the first floor.

Coming from the West on the 134: Exit on Pass Avenue and turn right onto Pass heading South to West Riverside. Turn left on Riverside and proceed to West Olive and park. The 3500 Building is on the Southeast corner of Riverside and Olive. Proceed to the third floor and check in with the receptionist. As a landmark, McCormick & Schmick's restaurant is on the first floor.

Parking: We do not validate as there is ample street parking all along Riverside, on the Olive bridge and behind the 3500 Building on South Cordova Street. Please pay attention to the parking signs. If you have any problems, please call 800-581-5953 for instructions.
