The Situation

Castle Industries, Inc., located in Ontario, California, is part of the M. C. Gill Corporation (www.mcgillcorp.com) group of companies. Castle specializes in machined and formed metal parts, and aircraft assemblies for commercial and military aircraft programs.

The Position

This position reports directly to the top executive of Castle Industries, Inc. He or she will be a key player in driving one of the corporation's premier subsidiaries toward substantial growth opportunities.

Castle Industries is looking for a proven executive who can provide high-level business development and sales expertise - and results - to the Castle organization.

The Company

Castle, Inc. has annual revenues of approximately $8 million, and a workforce of around 50 dedicated employees. The company maintains a staff of aerospace metal welders, as well as specialists in a wide range of other areas of metal parts manufacturing and assembly.

Castle Industries may be characterized as a cost-conscious, profitable "lean" manufacturer considered an industry leader by its customers and its competitors alike.

This person will bring business development and sales leadership to Castle, and will also have the background and potential for advancement to general management positions within the M.C. Gill Corporation.
