The Situation
Toastmasters International has a position for a Manager, Volunteer Support Services. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the volunteer leadership at the district level.
The Position
Reporting to the Director, Administration and Operations, the Manager, Volunteer Support Services will proactively interact with volunteers, identifying levels of needs and offering solutions to challenges. The Manager, Volunteer Support Services will also prepare and coordinate administrative and training materials, develop and manage the annual budget for the department and create, revise and update district reports.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience organizing and directing overall operations of district and chapter volunteer services in a non profit environment. This individual must have excellent communication skills as well as experience developing and presenting training materials. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or five years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Experience developing and managing an annual budget is also required.
