The Situation

Autobytel.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: ABTL), the diversified automotive marketing services company, headquartered in Irvine California, is seeking a Search Engine Programmer with strong Cold Fusion and MS SQL skills.

The Position

The primary responsibilities of this position will be to provide development support exclusively for website search engine optimization projects including changes to consumer interface as well as underlying page elements.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills. Extensive knowledge of search engine optimization. 2+ years applied experience with ColdFusion, and MS SQL (OLTP).

Additionally, the ideal candidate must be able to work well in a small, focused team environment with short lines of communication. Tool skills: ColdFusion Studio, Visual Source Safe, Word, Excel, SQL IDE.

The Opportunity

As a newly created position, this is an outstanding opportunity to create new pages specifically optimized for search engine placement, interfacing directly with business owners, IT management, team architects/analyst, change control and operations.

An opportunity to translate business requirements into finished software product. Enhancement and bug handling.
