GRAPHICS DESIGNER ASSISTANT - West Los Angeles

We are currently seeking a Graphics Designer Assistant to help on a book publishing project. This position requires expertise in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat. You will be working hand-in-hand with the author in creating a new edition of a popular book and be involved in each stage of the project. Flex hours ok. Part-time, which could lead to a full-time position.

Requirements:

- Demonstrable skills in use of Adobe products, especially Creative Suite

- Strong sense of design and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Developed writing and editing skills

- Great follow through to stay on top of and anticipate priorities

- Strong proficiency in MS Word

- Must have a pleasant personality and be willing to learn

- Candidates should live within an easy commute to West Los Angeles
